1. Data controller

2. Data processed
We may process identification and contact data voluntarily provided through the website forms, such as name, company, email address, telephone number, message content, requested service and information entered to obtain an estimate. The server may also record technical browsing data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and device, to the extent required for security and operation.

Fields marked as mandatory are required to handle the request. Failure to provide them prevents submission of the form or receipt of the requested estimate. Other data is optional.
5. Processing methods and security
Data is processed using appropriate technical and organisational measures, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimisation and storage limitation. Reasonable measures are adopted to prevent unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
6. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by authorised personnel and suppliers supporting hosting, maintenance, email, security, consultancy or technical management. Where necessary, these parties act as processors under Article 28 GDPR. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Where a supplier entails transferring data to countries outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be based on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another safeguard provided by the GDPR.
8. Retention periods
Contact and quote requests are retained for the time needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, normally no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, except where legal obligations or legal defence needs apply. Contractual and tax data is retained for the periods required by applicable law. Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for security.
9. Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing in the cases provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR. You may also withdraw previously given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

The estimate shown on the quote page is a purely indicative automated calculation and does not produce legal effects or significant decisions concerning the individual. The final commercial proposal is prepared after human review.
